Interns Wanted!

We are seeking for dedicated interns to support our work in the MICE industry.

pcma gmbh (professional congress & marketing agency gmbh) makes a difference!

pcma is a well established and innovative congress agency: We convince our clients with professional planning, organisation and realisation of trade fairs, congresses, fringe programmes and/or incentives. Further pcma conceives new event concepts and launches them successfully.

We are seeking for dedicated interns to support our work in the MICE industry.

An internship with pcma gmbh should last between 4 and 6 months as an effective project work can be carried out. Shorter internships mostly contain filing and general office works only, and therefore those simply impart a superficial impression of agency work.

What expects you with us?
- Support at the preparation, execution and post processing of different current projects: acquisition, communication with clients and service providers, travel and hotel arrangements, participant registration & support, organisational activities, assignment during events
- General office work: updating of address files/ data base, acquisition and research

What we expect from you?:
- Profound computer skills (MS Office tools)
- Extensive language skills in English; other foreign languages preferable
- Service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work on your own
- Very good spelling
- Confident manner and well groomed appearance, good articulateness
